§ Captain HACKINGAs regards the first part of the question, the attention of my right hon. Friend has been called to this nuisance, which is due to the use of foreign coal, and it is hoped that an improvement will be effected when we are able to revert to the use of Welsh coal. The answer to the second and third parts of the question is in the negative.
