§ Viscount WOLMERThe British Broadcasting Company submitted to the Post Office a draft of the proposed speech, with an inquiry whether it could be broadcast if certain statements which it contained were omitted. The speech was of a political and controversial character, and the company were informed that it would be advisable that it should not be broadcast.
