GILMOURThe schemes prepared by the Board of Agriculture for Scotland in respect of certain lands at Waternish have been referred by me to the Land Court for report in pursuance of Section 9 of the Land Settlement (Scotland) Act, 1919. I understand that the lands have been inspected by two members of the Land Court with a view to the preparation of their report. Pending the receipt and consideration of the Land Court's report I am not in a position to reply to the second part of the question.
