§ Major TRYONThe question whether any, and, if so, what, alterations in the Regulations and practice of the Special Grants Committee may be desirable, is at present under the consideration of the Committee which, as I have already acquainted the House, has been strengthened by the appointment of persons having both administrative and practical knowledge of education.
