Sir J. DAVIDSONasked the Secretary of State for War whether any compensation is due to the parents of a territorial soldier who may be killed by an accident arising out of service during Army manœuvres; if so, whether compensation is dependent on the means of the parents; and what Regulations deal with this subject?
