§ Mr. R. McNEILLNegotiations for the funding of the Yugo-SIav War Debt to the United States are taking place, but, so far as I am aware, no agreement has yet been concluded. In reply to the last part of the question, I would refer my hon. Friend to the list contained in the reply given to the hon. Member for Ilford (Sir F. Wise) on the 24th November last, to which, so far as I am aware, there are no additions to be made.
