§ Lord E. PERCYI assume that my hon. Friend is referring to the provision of school playing fields. In the consideration of proposals of this kind, the possibility of making use of any existing open spaces, which are suitable and reasonably accessible to the schools, is not overlooked. As regards the second part of the question. I think the matter is one for adjustment locally.
