asked the Minister of Health whether he proposes bringing in a Bill this Session enabling local authorities to re-plan existing areas in towns and urban districts?

Mr. CHAMBERLAIN

This matter is under my consideration, though I cannot say whether it will be practicable to introduce a Measure this Session.
