§ Mr. AMERYThe Grants-in-Aid to Nigeria, including the requirements of the West African Frontier Force in that dependency, were free grants and not loans. Neither capital nor interest can be claimed from the Nigerian Government. The revenue of Nigeria for 1926–26 was estimated at £6,404,701.
