§ Mr. McNEILLThe Report of the Weir Committee of 1923 on the amalgamation of services common to the Navy, Army and Air Force, and the consequential conclusions of the Government as explained to the House on the 30th May, 1923, in answer to a question by the hon. and gallant Member for Leith (Captain Benn), have been made available to the Committee. I am not in a position to anticipate the nature of the Committee's Report.
