HC Deb 11 March 1926 vol 192 c2630W
Mr. G. HARVEY

asked the Postmaster General whether the Government has yet come to any decision on the subject of taking over the British Broadcasting Company, in view of the objections felt by licence holders towards the proposed change to Government control?

Viscount WOLMER

The Broadcasting Committee's Report is at present under consideration, and I am not in a position to make any statement until a decision has been reached on the Committee's recommendations.
