§ Mr. McNEILLThe receipts of the Agent-General for Reparation Payments from the 1st September, 1925 (the commencement of the second year of the Dawes plan), to 31st January, 1926, were 431,821,732.27 gold marks, making, together with the cash balance at 31st August, 1925, of 107,013,270.89 gold marks, a total for distribution of 538,834,994.16 gold marks. The payments during the same period were 454,000,593.76 gold marks, leaving a cash balance at 31st January, 1926, of 84,834,400.40 gold marks.
