Mr. PONSONBY

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the treaty recently concluded between France and Turkey has been registered with the Secretariat of the League of Nations under Article 18 of the Covenant and will be published; and whether it will be sub- mitted for examination to the Mandates Commission of the League in the light of France's mandatory obligations to the League?
