Mr. DAVIDSONIf, as I assume, the hon. Member refers to the pensions 1443W awarded to the widows, children and certain other relatives of seamen and marines under the post-War Regulations, which are at present paid monthly in arrear by His Majesty's Paymaster-General, I am glad to announce that, as from the 1st April next, these pensions will be paid weekly in advance through post offices. I may add that Naval service and disability pensions are paid quarterly in advance and it is not proposed to make any change.
