§ Mr. BROMLEYasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether his attention has been drawn to the inquest held last August at Colombo on the body of Krishnen, a labourer in the employment of a European named Kenney; and whether, in view of the fact that Krishnen was found with his throat cut and his body mutilated, the Government is satisfied with the verdict of suicide while of unsound mind, as pronounced by the Colombo police magistrate, or if they propose to make further inquiries?
