Estimates of the numbers of insured persons in individual industries can only be made once a year from data obtained in connection with the exchange of unemployment books in July. At July, 1925, the estimated number of insured persons in Great Britain classified as belonging to the industrial group—construction and repair of motor vehicles, cycles and aircraft was 213,210, as compared with 201,790 at July, 1924.
