Captain GUESTasked the Prime Minister (1) whether the question of the emigration of miners will be raised at the Imperial Conference as a separate issue or as part of the general consideration of Empire migration; and, in either case, whether he has or will have a definite plan to lay before the Imperial Conference;
(2) What steps are being taken in advance of the Imperial Conference to come to an arrangement with Dominion Governments upon the question of the emigration of miners?
