Mr. CHAMBERLAINYes, Sir. I caused a special visit to be paid to this institution by a medical inspector who conferred with the officers of the guardians on the arrangements. The inspector reports that the facilities for heating and the supply of blankets available are adequate. The attention of the guardians has been called to the need for making full use of the provision made by them.
