Mr. GUINNESSProceedings have been taken under the Agricultural Wages (Regulation) Act, 1924, against 80 employers. Convictions were obtained in 62 cases, 15 cases were dismissed under the Probation of Offenders Act, and three cases were settled out of Court. The arrears of wages recovered totalled £1,302.
