§ Lord E. PERCYI assume that my hon. and gallant Friend is referring to the short course organised by the Board for teachers of building subjects, particulars of which I am sending him. Seventy-four teachers are attending the course full-time and a few others are attending certain of the lectures. As regards the 1713W second part of the question, I understand that special attention is being given to both these matters.
