§ Mr. AMERYThe certificate was, I understand, given by an officer of the Victorian Government. His Majesty's Government have already been in communication with the Australian authorities, but neither the Commonwealth Government nor the Government of Victoria have seen their way to recognise any claim in respect of the flour in question.
