§ Colonel ASHLEYArrangements are at present under discussion for easing the turnings round the refuge and the Artillery Memorial. Under the present system of traffic control at Hyde Park Corner it is important that the central roadway should not be used by vehicles, and the best means of securing this is still under consideration.
