§ Colonel DAYasked the Minister of Health if he will consider legislation having for its object the insurance of small traders, professional men, and people generally working on their own account, whose incomes are under the £250 per year limit and who are debarred under the Widows', Orphans', and Old Age Contributory Pensions Act?
