§ Colonel W. ASHLEYI have been asked to reply to this question, and would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which I gave to him on the 26th April last, in answer to a similar question. I understand that the Livestock Traders' Association of Great Britain and the National Farmers' Union are appearing before the Railway Rates Tribunal in connection with the matter.
