§ Captain HACKINGA provision on this subject was included in the Merchandise Marks Bill of 1922 which1628W received a Second Reading in this House, and I hope it may be possible to include a similar provision in any future Bill dealing with detailed Amendments to the Merchandise Marks Acts.
