HC Deb 25 February 1926 vol 192 cc737-8W
Dr. LITTLE

asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury the number of existing members of the administrative class of the Civil Service; how many received education, respectively, at Oxford University, Cambridge University, London University, and other universities; and how many have received no university education?

Mr. McNEILL

The number of members of the administrative class of the Civil Service is about 900. I am afraid that I cannot say how many existing members of the class were educated at each of the universities named, or otherwise.
