§ Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSONI assume that the hon. Member is inquiring as to the order in which ex-service men are considered for full-time permanent appointments in the Post Office. First consideration is given to disabled men for those vacancies for which they are suitable; and among both the disabled and the able-bodied men preference is given to ex-regulars.
