§ Viscount WOLMERThere were 3,123 cases of accident on duty in the London engineering district in the last five years. Many of these were very trivial, and did 2135W not involve absence from duty. There were two cases of suicide in the same period. I regret that the number of cases of neurasthenia cannot be ascertained without a considerable amount of research.
