§ Mr. CHURCHILLAs regards the first three colleges, the gross cost per head for the current financial year is estimated to be as follows:
Towards this expenditure the following average fees are paid by parents:
£ Woolwich 524 Sandhurst 391 Cranwell 615 2166W As regards Dartmouth the annual cost per head is £285, but this figure does not include the annual value of buildings, etc., owned by the Admiralty, and is therefore not strictly comparable with those for Woolwich, Sandhurst and Cranwell. The average fees paid by parents of Dartmouth cadets amount to £125.
