HC Deb 17 February 1926 vol 191 cc1961-2W
Dr. LITTLE

asked the Prime Minister if he will consider the advisability of legislation with a view of removing the anomaly whereby graduates of the University of London who are women are debarred from exercising the Parliamentary franchise until they attain the age of 30 years?

Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKS

I have been asked to reply. This is a matter which can be considered by the conference proposed to be held on the general question of the franchise of women.
