HC Deb 17 February 1926 vol 191 cc1958-9W
Mr. R. MORRISON

asked the hon. and gallant Member for West Bristol the number of ex-service men's appeal cases heard before the House of Lords' Tribunal during the past year in respect of tuberculosis declared by the Ministry of Pensions to be neither attributable nor aggravated by war service; and whether he can give a summary of the results of these appeals?

Sir H. BARNSTON

It is regretted that the records of the Pensions Appeal Tribunals axe not kept in such a form as to enable this information to be given without incurring a very considerable amount of additional work, involving the examination of many thousand individual cases.
