§ Sir A. STEEL-MAITLANDThe sub-classification of this employment group is a matter which I investigated recently. According to my information manufacture and repair of motor vehicles or work on parts which may either be used for new vehicles or for repairs, is performed by the same individuals to such an extent that a reliable classification under the headings of manufacture and repair is not practicable. I regret that I have no statistics on the point.
