HC Deb 15 February 1926 vol 191 c1555W
Mr. RAMSDEN

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will consider the advisability of instituting an air service between the different West Indian Islands in order to facilitate postal and other communication?

Mr. AMERY

I shall always be prepared to consider proposals for improving communications between the West Indian Islands. Hitherto the cost of establishing such a service as that referred to by my hon. Friend has been found to be prohibitive. The whole position, however, is being explored.
