§ Captain KINGThe complements of the new gradings for the Royal Artillery College are in an advanced state of preparation, and I hope to be able to issue instructions shortly.
§ Mr. SNELLasked the Secretary of State for War whether he Is aware that dissatisfaction exists amongst the civilian clerical staff employed under the jurisdiction of the chief ordnance officer, Woolwich, in consequence of the delay in connection with the introduction of the clerical reorganisation scheme to this particular office; and whether, as it is now 10 months since Treasury approval of the scheme was granted, he will cause instructions to be issued for the introduction of the new conditions of service without further delay?
