Mr. DAVIDSONOn the facts stated in the question, this sick-berth attendant would, if otherwise qualified and recommended, have been placed on the new system advancement roster as from the 1st November, 1922. No particulars are given of the period during which he was on foreign service, but if my hon. and gallant Friend will let me have details I will have the matter inquired into.
