HC Deb 11 February 1926 vol 191 c1259W
Mr. SCRYMGEOUR

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether the speech recently delivered by Dr. W. Tuach Mackenzie, medical officer of Dundee Mental Hospital, Westgreen, criticising the present system of treating mental patients, will be taken fully into consideration with a view to effective re-organisation of the system under which mental patients are supervised?

Sir J. GILMOUR

If the hon. Member will let me have a report of the speech, to which my attention has not previosuly been drawn, I shall certainly consider it.
