McCarthy, of the Eastern Bengal Railway Company, who, as a punishment for having lost eight minutes time, had his wages reduced by 15s, a month for six months; whether he will have this man's case reviewed; and whether he will have a system of punishments introduced which will be consistent and commensurate with the nature of the offence?
