HC Deb 11 February 1926 vol 191 c1261W
Colonel DAY

asked the Minister of Health if he is aware that drugs of a poisonous nature are being supplied by unqualified chemists whose inadequate knowledge of medicine entails grave risks; and whether any measure of legislative regulation can he considered to deal with such matter?

Mr. CHAMBERLAIN

The hon. and gallant Member does not indicate to what drugs he refers; but if he is aware of any cases in which the statutory restrictions on the sale of poisons are not observed, I should be glad if he would furnish me with particulars.
