§ Earl WINTERTONNo report on the progress of the harbour works has been received since they were sanctioned in March last, but I am aware that land has been acquired and two dredgers ordered in this country, one of which is expected to be despatched to India at the end of this month and the other in July next. It is estimated that the work will take five years to complete.
