Mr. GUINNESSI hope to introduce this Session a small Bill to confer greater powers on county councils with regard to land drainage. Arising out of the recently issued Report of the Commission which investigated the situation in the Ouse drainage district. I am reconsidering the whole question of the law relating to land drainage, but I am not yet in a position to make any statement as to the introduction of amending, legislation.
