§ Captain HACKINGThe Home Office has no complete record of prosecutions under the Theatrical Employers Registration Act, 1925, but proceedings against 10 persons for offences under the Act have been brought to its notice. In eight of these cases convictions were recorded and fines inflicted varying from £1 ls. to £10. In the two remaining cases the charges were dismissed.
