HC Deb 09 December 1926 vol 200 c2317W
Captain CAZALET

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the Yugo-Slavian Government have yet made any arrangements with the Hungarian Government for the free exports of their goods via the port of Fiume; and, if not, whether His Majesty's Government has been notified of any treaty by which Yugo-Slavia is bound to grant this facility to Hungarian merchandise?

Mr. LOCKER-LAMPSON

The answer to both parts of the question is in the negative, but I understand that there have been discussions between the Yugo-Slav and Hungarian Governments with a view to facilitating the passage of Hungarian trade through some port on the, Adriatic.
