§ Captain HACKINGSince the 1st January of this year, 823 dogs have been used for experimental purposes in premises within the London area which are registered under the Act. All but a 1685W very few of the animals were kept under complete anæsthesia during the whole time of the experiment and were destroyed before recovering from the anæsthesia.
