§ Colonel DAYasked the Under-Secretary of State for the Home Department, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, if he is aware that in the United States of America every assistance is given to American film producers for the purpose of filming incidents occurring in public places; and will he consider adopting a similar attitude to requests for reasonable facilities to be granted to British producers' to film incidents in the Royal Parks at times, in the summer months, when the parks are not generally open to the public?
