KNOXasked the Minister of Labour if he intends to establish other farm training centres similar to those at Brandon and Claydon, and whether he will take into consideration in arranging the syllabus of training the advice contained in Appendix II of the recent Report on a visit to Canada in connection with British settlement?

STEEL-MAITLANDI would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the reply given by the Under-Secretary of State for Colonial Affairs on the 22nd November to the hon. and gallant Member for Abingdon (Major Glyn), of which I am sending him a copy. The recommendations contained in the Report referred to will be borne in mind.
