§ Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSONThe uniform supplied to boy messengers is of medium weight, and with the addition of an overcoat in the winter months is considered to be suitable for use all the year round. Various questions concerning the supply of uniform are, however, at present under discussion with the Staff Association concerned, and the point raised by my Noble Friend will be considered in this connection.
