HOAREThe information requested by the hon. and gallant Member is not available; the detailed accounts of the sale have not been sent home from Iraq and the names of the purchasers cannot he stated. I am informed, however, by the Surplus Stores, Liquidation Department that the pur-3002W chasers were largely natives of India, and Iraq and a list of their names would not be very informative. I may add that the boats were sold only after extensive advertisement in Iraq and India and throughout the East.
