§ Mr. RADFORDasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the cumulative losses suffered by British trade by a long continued stoppage in any important industry, he will take the necessary steps to prevent the acceptance, by either employers or employed, of money from abroad, which has the effect of making the stoppage more protracted and correspondingly benefits our competitors abroad?
