HENDERSONasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that the West Derby board of guardians have published an elaborate illustrated brochure relative to their activities; if he will inquire and state how many free copies have been issued; the cost of printing and publishing, distribution and postage; whether the sanction of the Ministry or ratepayers was previously obtained; and if he will take steps to discourage such forms of expenditure in future in all cases where such local authorities are in debt or he is required to sanction loans?
