HC Deb 26 November 1925 vol 188 cc1626-7W
Mr. WESTWOOD

asked the Minister of Pensions if he is aware that pensioners making application for a precis of their medical history are being refused same; and, if so, will he give instructions for same to be supplied where application for same is made: direct to the Ministry by a pensioner?

Major TRYON

It is the practice of the Ministry in every case, where an appeal is lodged to a Pensions Appeal Tribunal, to supply the appellant with a copy of theprecis prepared for the Tribunal which contains particulars of his medical history so far as known to the Ministry. I am not aware of any case in which this rule has been departed from.
